Paul is invested in his clients. He will listen to what you are looking for and help you to find exactly that. He treats each client professionally and will give you honest feedback on a property so you can make good decisions/investments. We worked with Paul to find our current home and I have since referred him to many of my friends and family members. Hands down, there is no one else I would work with when it comes to real estate. PAUL WAS THE BEST! Paul was incredibly helpful in our search for a home. We were first time home buys and had been looking for a while with another realtor. We were not willing to settle and reached out to Paul for help. Paul was by far a much BETTER realtor! We felt he was on our side. He came with a flash light to each house visit. He pointed out all the flaws of the house so we knew what we were undertaking. Paul really paid attention to our wants list and was ultimately able to find a house we loved with all of our wants which I know is rare but with time and a great realtor anything is possible! Paul never was pushy in any way he was always in our corner and had a lot of great contacts including property lawyer, and lender contacts that helped with all of the many details of buying a home.

We worked with Paul to help us find the right home to move up to and are so glad we met him. He was extremely helpful in guiding us through the homefinding and buying process. We appreciated that he wasn't trying to sell us on a house but rather explaining the pro's and con's of the homes we went to go see. He pointed out red flags he noticed in the homes we saw and when we finally identified a home we wanted to buy, Paul helped us secure the home at at a great price. Well since we had this new home under contract we felt we needed to sell our current house quickly. Paul was so impressive in helping us prepare our house for sale. He brought in some staging artwork and items and really gave our house that polished look we never felt our house had before. Paul was able to get us multiple offers and sell our house for much more than we thought we ever could sell it for. We are so glad we used Paul and have referred him to family who is now working with him. If you need a strong agent in the Northwest suburbs I would definitely say to call Paul.
