My husband and I used Rosalie Lemperis as a realtor when we sold our home of 30 years. It was an extremely difficult and emotional decision to sell, as we had raised our three children and numerous pets in that home. Rosalie guided us through the process with patience and kindness, while also making sure we were doing what would be most beneficial to us financially. She staged our home beautifully, instructing us step-by-step on what we needed to do. We sold our home in just nine days, and closed for an amount higher than what we had hoped for. Rosalie also helped us find our new home, and was beyond thorough, making sure that our new home had everything we wanted and was in good condition. The process of buying a home involves many important things that we without Rosalies assistancewould not have thought to consider. Rosalie was prompt and professional in conducting business, answering all phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. She simplified the moving process by arranging for entry into our new home numerous times (so that measurements and pictures could be taken), and reached out to us for weeks after the sale of our old home with ideas for decorating the new one. She even went so far as to call and text from stores she had visited, sending ideas for everything from light fixtures to furniture. Selling my home of 30 years was the beginning of a grieving process I believe many people go through, and Rosalie knowing this would call several times a week to check on me, and offer words of comfort. I cannot stress enough how happy and how grateful my husband and I were for Rosalies guidance through this process. We could neither have hoped for, nor found, a better realtorespecially one whos friendship we would come to treasure. We now love and are happy in our new home.

Rosalie is one of the most impressive and professional real estate agents I have ever worked with. My wife and I have been searching for a home for 3 years in the city of Chicago and never had any luck finding the right home. Despite the COVID pandemic, Rosalie was able to help us tackle the many hurdles that came up, and we were able to find a home that is truly meant for us. Also, with our incredibly busy work schedules, sometimes working both days and nights, she always made it a point to find time for us either to talk on the phone or see places in person. She is so incredibly responsive to text/call and is always doing her homework on the sidelines, trying to find the best home for you, you can just tell how incredibly passionate she is about her job. She is also extremely knowledgable about what to look for in a home, what may be defective or cause problems in the future, and how to navigate multi bid offers if you are unfortunate enough to be in a bidding war. She listens to everything you are searching for in a home and narrows your search to just that, while also offering some additional prospects that she sees potential in that you may have missed. With our very specific preferences on nearly everything home related, we actually would not have even looked at the home that we now own. I would like to share my experience with Rosalie Lemperis. I was looking for a realtor to help me sell my condo in Skokie which was a bit outdated as my mom lived there for 15 years and the condo was built in 1970. I stumbled across Rosalie through a mutual friend. I cannot say enough about Rosalie's crafts as to putting an older condo into a new and updated gorgeous place! She helped me pick out new carpeting, met me there for everything that needed to be changed and matched colors with paint, kitchen ideas, updated bathrooms that was cost efficient for me. She always looked out for my end of the sale. She is there with her contacts that were all on the ball, cleaning service, attorney, all the things that you really don't think about when selling. There are so many things that need to be addressed and she's completely in the loop! I honestly cannot say enough about her talents and personality, she goes above board that probably seemed like silly questions I asked her, but was there the whole route. She posted the condo on a Thursday evening late, had 6 showings, and sold it 30 hours later!! She is the go to realtor,, Thank You Rosalie for all your hard work!!
