Labcorp at Walgreens

Extremely rude employee. Did not ask proper questions and refused to correct her mistakes. Would never recommend anyone to this location for a pre-employment drug screening.

Horrible. I showed up on time and checked in. The Black lady claimed the computers are down. She is a liar and just making excuses to cover for their negligence and stupidity. Computers are obviously not down if I can check in. Also the lab said that they already had everything sent to them and didnt need the computer.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The woman who saw me treated me like garbage, berated me, talked down to me, and loudly asked why I was getting my blood drawn in front of the entire waiting area, suggesting I was there for a drug test. She made me feel like garbage for not knowing things that were literally told to me by my doctor. I left without getting any labwork done in absolute tears. NEVER go to this location.

On a Monday morning, I brought an order for several blood draws to Labcorp at this Walgreens location. I was a bit concerned ahead of time, because the Google reviews were not great. I had a tight turnaround between my 7:45am appointment and when I needed to be back at work, at 8:30 am. I arrived a bit early and completed the touchscreen check-in process. Soon after, the phlebotomist called my name. Cynthia quickly entered my orders and painlessly drew the blood. She could not have been nicer or kinder. Amidst all that she did for me, she seamlessly communicated with another team member by phone to re-stock the lab some gauze pads. It was a great experience, mostly because of Cynthia.
