Dr. Dan Hidaka is a marvel in the world of medicine today. I've never met a doctor as responsive, thoughtful and generous with his time as Dr. Hidaka. The level of care he provides to my dad is unparalleled. Anytime my dad has been in the hospital, Dr. Hidaka came to see him, without us asking. And in one case, he prevented a fatal error from occurring when a doctor at the hospital missed something important, and Dr. Hidaka caught it. It is usually difficult to reach one's own doctor, let alone the doctor of a loved one, and anytime I have a question or concern about my dad's health, I can reach Dr. Hidaka easily and quickly. And he never makes me or my dad feel rushed or like we are inconveniencing him with a call. He has been my dad's doctor for years, but especially now, with so many uncertainties in the world, it is so comforting to know Dr. Hidaka is there for us. He doesn't tell us what we want to hear, he tells us what we NEED to hear. What is the value of truly being able to access amazing health care and a perfect bedside manner 24/7? Priceless.
