Helene Witt and her associate Mary Ann Urbanus are the worst! Stay away from them at all costs! I had firm quotes from them and went back and forth with them for months and at the 11th hour, they said they no longer wanted to do business with me after several years of a relationship-leaving me no choice but to go with another company at a higher rate. Now back with American Family with a terrific agent, Al Ceisel. If you like American Family and their rates, go with him!

Helene Witt American family agent the worst agent. I had a request for 3 yes declarations. 2 was went by and nothing not even a phone call. I called again (4th time) she hung up on me I called back she said my new co is bad. What about the agent Helene Witt or the American family ins co can't fill a simple request for a client of 25 yrs in good standing. Stay away from American family.
