I appreciate how quickly Dr. Williams responded to my messages on the portal. Im glad he saw me and did my endoscopy. No sore throat, no problems after, he did a good job. And thankfully nothing serious was wrong with me.

Dr. Williams quite literally saved my life. After months of GI pain, he recommended a colonoscopy (I was 24 at the time) where a precancerous polyp was discovered. I would have gone on decades before getting a colonoscopy if it werent for him. A wonderful physician and equally good person, cannot recommend him enough. He will advocate for you and is extremely fast to answering any questions.

I would never call this office. After being referred to him by a friend, I called the office to make an appointment and told the very rude office staff exactly what I needed. They took my info, and later Dr Williams called me to tell me he doesnt do that procedure and then they sent me a bill for $181!!!!! Two weeks later, they called hassling me about the bill.

Dr. Williams is unreliable, after being referred to him after multiple emergency room visits we are still looking for answers. The tests he preformed didn't find anything and he referred us to go to get another procedure. Have been waiting since Friday to get an email with a referral. Promised an end of the day deadline and the weekend came around. Called on Monday and promised again end of the day. It is now Wednesday and he is not in the office and apologized saying it will be done by the end of the week. We are extremely disappointed.
