Would give ZERO stars if I could. Over one week. Blood in urine, two ER visits, URGENT order from my Dr. to be seen by Urology.......ZERO response. Suffice to say. I already got a much SOONER appointment ELSEWHERE. Messages left, 5 phone calls. ZERO call back.
Northshore? You just lost another patient. A DISASTER and a DISGRACE!

For the second time, the day following surgery I am unable to reach anyone at all in the department of urology. The message says that there's no one available to take your call. How's it possible to run a medical practice or a hospital department in this way? This is irresponsible care and the lowest possible standard of care. No medical provider operating in this slipshod manner ought to be allowed to continue practicing. Run don't walk.

This is a terrible location. They never follow up and it's like pulling teeth to actually get information or in touch with a doctor. They are also completely unorganized. I recently showed up for a follow up and the doctor wasn't even there so I had to reschedule.
