        It is a nice building. Anyssa, the sales rep was nice. The notion that the price would change if I didn't fill out the application right then and there was a bit of a turn off.

        You'll love it here. I've been here for three years and this management company, Marquette, is making some really nice improvements to security that others didn't do anything about. Also, I believe my rent went up only 3% last year. I was worried, because I was reading in the news about much larger increases. Please check us out.
