Very unprofessional individual. Do not bother with this guy. He is very rude and works out of his home. When called he says he is not working on a Tuesday.

Mr. Neel Patel of Falgoon Realty did a great job helping us find our dream home. We have worked with other realtors in the past and what we really liked about him is how patient and genuinely caring he was with us. He wanted to help us find exactly what we wanted and wasn't just be in a hurry to sell a high priced house. We changed our minds many times but he was always happy to help us and had a positive attitude. Not to mention he's been in the business a long time and is truly knowledgeable. He took his time and also gave us tips on what to look for as we walked through all the houses. He inspected things with us such as windows, furnace, etc so we would be well informed on hidden or upcoming costs. After all, we were making the biggest purchase of our lives. We couldn't be happier with his service and our new home! Thank you Neel!
