I close my business account with chase today.. I recommended no one to open a account with chase. Customer service is horrible, there only looking out for the Latin community and they suck at speaking and understanding English! They don't stand behind there clients. People have been stealing money from small business' and when the clients fight to get there money back Chase doesn't investigate thoroughly. You lose claims and your money is taken and even may put your account into negative. They give no real resolution to why anything they do is right. You call to speak to someone and they have attitudes with you for not understanding what there saying. You go into the branch they are the same way and can't explain correctly. Chase used to be a great reputable bank, over the last couple years they have gotten worse. The only benefit for having chase is they are everywhere to get money out when you need to, but other than that chase is a horrible bank.
