Little hole in the wall built mainly for takeout. Came for the taco special, very small but delicious. Recommend the food here.

This place is small and seats only six people, but definitely worth a visit if you want good quality food for a decent price. Noted lots of locals doing takeout. Dined in for dinner. Got the Monday special which is the burrito for $5.50 as of this writing. You have the choice of steak, chicken, or al pastor. I chose al pastor and it is a good burrito. The filling is cheese, refried beans, lettuce and tomatoes, and choice of meat. The food was made fresh to order. I appreciate that the meat is crispy and hot. Interestingly, the al pastor is slightly sweet, despite all the grease. The burrito came with three types of hot sauce (roja, verde, and mild). All three sauces were very good. The red sauce is flavorful and not as hot as other taqueria red hot sauces. The mild one has no heat to it, but has enough flavor to entertain the little ones. My favorite sauces were the red and green sauces. I also got the chips and salsa (extra charge). Chips felt stale, hard, and crunchy in a bad way. Salsa had no heat to it and was not memorable. I would not recommend the chips and salsa. I did order the Jamaican drink, which kinda looks like a fruit punch. The drink is refreshing and not terribly sweet. Would definitely recommend if horchata is not your thing. This place does have daily specials. The most notable ones are the taco Tuesday/Thursdays. Monday - burrito $5.50 Tuesday - tacos $1.25 Wednesday - nachos $7.10 (after tax) Thursday - tacos $1.25 Friday - Monday - menudo or pozole as listed on their menu brochure I would definitely come back for their main entree items and drinks, but skip the side items. No complimentary chips and salsa. Due to the small dining area, I would recommend ordering take out. Update: tried the tacos on their promotional days and the tacos are quite small. It would probably take 6-9 tacos to equal a regular meal. Al pastor is good. Beef cheek is plain and unseasoned. Steak is ok. They also charge you extra for a cup of water ($1), which could just be tap water. Not sure I would recommend tacos here when there are other places that offer more value for tacos and be more filling. TL;DR - only buy the food specials on designated days. Burrito special is now $6 instead of $5.50.

small little place but the tacos are fire and the price is unbeatable. $10 for a taco dinner is unheard of in 2024
