        Dont rent here a landlord name kelly is a very poor landlord does not paint or fix anything in this old run down apartment very bad attitude with tenets only collects rent ..maintenance man kevin makes you feel uncomfortable he roams around the building lying on tenets ..the office staff is one lady that is confused about everything and will tell landlord every tiny detail going on around the building good or bad

        I'm not sure what the rent is, but for what they pay the parking lot looks like it hasn't had a sweeper go through there in decades. It's also full of potholes. No landscaping other than cutting the grass. This place is gross and you feel unsafe the second you turn into the complex. My cousin lived here for about 5 years, and it certainly hasn't gotten any better over the years. Only positive is that it's in a good location right off of Army Trail and close to expressway.
