Dan Rock and his entire team did an amazing job helping to completely inform my husband and I for our very first mortgage loan. If we ever sent an email, we would get a quick response and if we ever called they would answer our questions. They did their best to move our process as fast as possible as we were on a deadline with my husbands company to move. I look forward to hopefully working with them again in the future.

Compared the prices between a few different lenders and Dan Rock at Guaranteed Rate was by far the cheapest option. I have a coworker in the process of buying a house as well and she showed me her closing disclosure... i was in shock when i compared it to mine because she was paying almost double what i paid and she has a cheaper house, with cheaper taxes, etc... PICK THESE GUYS FOR YOUR LENDER

Dan Rock and his team were great for a first time home buyer. They all took the time to explain the process and importance of searching for the right loan. The Rock Team responded to all my questions timely and made sure I could obtain a great rate. Even after my closing they took the time to check in and make sure I had everything I needed to make sure and avoid any late fees or defaults.
