        Poor customer service. Failed to follow up and give me a quote on work I wanted to be done. I'm assuming it was because it wasn't a big enough project for him.

        3/4 of the time the team does just ok. Good luck getting anything other than autopilot from this team though. If they make a mistake or need to come by outside of typical service they don't show up. Will also charge for weeks they don't come and when asked to return the money they do not respond. Specific issues include: Planted grass seed and marked it off which they immediately ran over with the lawnmower and did not replace. Miss cutting spots in the yard regularly. Poor edging of the sidewalks by cutting huge, wide trenches.
