        Ive had a horrible experience living here. Maintenance never comes to fix anything after serval requests, trash is always piled up or all over the ground, and the washing/dryers are always malfunctioning, people never pick up their dog poop, and homeless people sleeping in the basements. It seems like every time you call Lumen to complain, nothing is done. I do not recommend this place to live.

        Very friendly place. Neighbors are respectful and nice. Interior is very nice and elegant. Many stores such as Jewel, Staples, and many restaurants are near by. Public transportation, parks and a pool are close. Definitely recommend for all families.

        I am very comfortable with my 1 bedroom apartment here at Parkside Apartments. The property is very well kept, the neighbors are nice, and neighborhood is awesome. Chasity the Property manager is very professional and available for tenants needs. I plan on continuing residing here.
