I was so excited to reach out to MidAmerica Plastic Surgery for a small scar on my face. I have been bothered by it for a long time and finally wanted to see if there were any treatment/ surgical procedures that would minimize the scar. They asked me to send in pictures and called me back 2 days later and said there was nothing they could do to help. They clearly pick and choose who they are going to bring in. And after sending in my pictures, they turned me away. They did not want my business but a business that specializes in plastic surgery should have been able to do something. They may also be inexperienced so I would do more research before going to this place.

I have had the best experience with Dr Diederich and his staff. From the consultation to my post op appointments and everything in between they have been nothing short of amazing. Im so happy with my results already and am only 2.5 weeks post op, so I know it will only get better!!

Had a breast augmentation 6 years ago. 3 years ago was involved in a car accident that damaged the capsule around the left implant. It healed on its own, but now my left implant has corners. Dr diedrich admits that this is an old generation of silicone and they switched right after my surgery and I was one of the last patients to have it and that the new silicone wouldnt fold like this. He told me on the phone that between me and him, hell tell the insurance company its from the car accident. A month later, Katie tells me Ryan changed his mind and will not say the damage is from the car accident. Ryan Diedrich is a purely transactional person who forgets who you are after you pay him.
