Very Nice Residents Very racist Staff ! IF You are a African American women they label you as aggressive , confrontational & I thought they cared but they don't but lovely residents again trouble staffing too much drama

Our dad was a resident at Country Health Nursing Home. For that Im forever grateful. From the beginning of his stay until his last breath he was treated with dignity. We his family was welcomed and made to feel at home. I wont list names of staff because I dont want to forget anyone. It takes more than the staff you see actually providing the loving care to make it all come together. The building is very clean housekeeping and maintenance do a wonderful job. The food was always served hot and presented well. Not to forget it tasted yummy. Activities was welcoming even though dad was unable to to his health to attend. Office staff came and checked on us. Dad wasnt able to go to therapy. But his room was near therapy. I saw therapist walking with the residents. Encouraging them as they walked. The nursing staff answered lights in a timely manner. They answered all our questions and needs. I always felt as a left after visiting my dad. That he would be safe and taken care of with love and kindness. That would bring tears to my eyes. This facility is a well deserved 5 star.

Highly disappointed, at least in the staffing area. I recently picked up a weekend here to help out through my agency, both days were short staffed but it was okay because I am the type to make it work and give my all to make sure residents receive proper care. I also felt some of the girls were a little rude off top to me which is expected in a small predominantly white town while being biracial, but others were very nice welcoming and helpful. After working Saturday and Sunday I submitted in my time sheets to my agency and facility accepted Sundays but not Saturdays saying my time sheet was changed/altered. So of course I contact both parties (agency & facility) and tell them exactly who I worked with ect to confirm that I was there. After it was confirmed I was there and my time slips were corrected I went to request to help out the following weekend due to them being extremely short staffed on weekends which made me feel bad for the residents and nothing came up. Come to find out after they found out they made a mistake on their end and BLOCKED me from working at the facility ever again due to them making a mistake. The blocking reason stated I wore incorrect ppp, but I wore what EVERY other staff member in the facility wore? Extremely sad people in such higher authority are that spiteful and cant take accountability for their mistake. MISTAKES HAPPEN PEOPLE. Now you block a person who genuinely cares about these people and goes above and beyond with what they o even if I have to skip my own breaks/lunch. My feelings are hurt by this. Grow up.

I Can't Express in words how well run this FACILITY/REHAB CENTER is the PEOPLE, EVERY EMPLOYEE and in general how FANTASTIC I've been treated here as a HUMAN BEING and as a PATIENT I have always been AFRAID of places like this I've had SEVERAL BAD EXPERIENCES in the past. But they are HONESTLY on a caliber that I have never seen before I hope if I ever need to come back to a place like this for Rehab or for long-term care my first and only choice would be here I am always long-winded when I write things so this is actually short for me but again I would like to say how much I APPRECIATE everything they have done and everything I know they are able to do for me in the next few weeks. THANK YOU all I have only my WORDS and my LOVE to give to you guys as you have given to me so far and I know you will continue to THANK YOU ALL Abe Cabrera I will be Going Home in a few days Thanks to all the Staff and Everyone, here, they have Both MET and EXCEEDED my EXPECTATIONS beyond my wildest dreams. Again MILLIONS of THANKS to your STAFF your ORGANIZATION your ADMINISTRATORS and mostly thank you for TREATING me as a HUMAN BEING and as a PERSON something that is lacking in many businesses these days that are supposed to help PATIENTS THANK YOU ALL .
