Reading the other reviews, I feel like I must've just caught them on a bad week or something. Till after 3 or 5 emails later, with no reply. So here's the story. Make your judgment how you see fit..
I paid around a hundred bucks for a video game lot, which featured the empty cases of a few games. None of the actual cartridges were worth much but any collector knows what original pokmon game boxes can go for. So I paid for the lot. 30 for shipping. Which they were no help with trying to figure that out. First time having an auction item shipped. I had questions. So after a short and unhelpful answer, I waited. Package came. But no game boxes. Since that was the key point in buying the lot, I called. The guy who answered was no help. Asked me if I was really willing to send the whole package back if the boxes weren't included. Like a taunt. He agreed to email me his findings. Days go by. Nothing. Send another email. Nada.. Still. Waiting actually.. Eben sent another email Today. Not. A. Thing. So I'd say customer service e, and integrity are not on the top of their to do list. Lot details didn't Include the risk Of One of their employees
keeping it or "tossing it out". For shame.
