Waiver for late or missed appt. fees, bounced checks, cancellation charges, etc. I felt like a criminal even with great insurance coverage and I was charged up front. The Dr. Saw me for all of three minutes before suggesting several tests which also would require payments up front. No apology for long wait which wasn't caused by emergency of any kind which I would've understood. I was expected to arrive 15 minutes early to wait so long and to be treated like I couldn't afford the lack of health care I received. I will NEVER go back and filed a complaint against this Dr. With my insurance company.
