Dr Dahdaleh is an incredible neurosurgeon. His gentle beside manners and serious caring and concern for my sick brother earns him more than just 5 stars. Having a family member suffer from spinal issues and seeing a physician who not only cares but makes sure that every detail of the care is superb is something that can not be taken for granted. Dr Dahdaleh is one of the best neurosurgeons that I have met and I know that my brother, who has a very complicated history, is receiving exceptional care.

Dr. Dahdaleh has performed two major procedures on my spine, and throughout my entire experience with him (over 2 1/2 years), he has been compassionate and empathetic every time. He never makes me feel like I am wasting his time. He has helped me achieve a level of improvement in my spine I never thought I would have again. You'll never find a better neurosurgeon or a better human being than you'll find in Dr. Dahdaleh!

I was in a wheelchair and unable to take more than 2 steps when I met Dr. Dahdaleh. He gave me my life back after years of severe pain and now I can walk again. He didnt have to do my surgery as he was not my original doctor and I met him in the hospital, but he recognized the severe pain and the emergency of my situation from going so long in distress. I guarantee I did not look good on paper (nor in person at the time) but he still agreed to do my surgery, and with confidence. I had a very complicated case (at least to other surgeons) and other issues. He joked with my husband as they wheeled me into surgery saying that she wont believe what she will be able to do after this surgery. And he was right. Dr. Dahdaleh has a fantastic bedside manner and is so kind. He has a fantastic memory. He made my husband and myself feel like family. I have referred everyone I know with complicated spinal issues and I just hope he never leaves Northwestern or Illinois. I will never be able to thank him enough. I am writing this review over 1 year post surgery due to the fact that I could not put into words what this man had done for meI'm still doing great. I truly dont think there is another surgeon that could have done what he did.
