      image They have the WORST customer service! I called this location to verify what insurance they accepted the girl that answered was so rude!! She literally refused to help and said I could figure that out myself. Its a shame that people act like that. Americas Best lost a long time customer!!! Do better!

      image I was told that my glasses would be here no later then 3/7/24 and now they are telling me in won't be here till the 11th or 12th. Not like I needed my glasses to see or anything. Don't say one thing and give me the complete opposite. Will not be going back after I get my glasses

      I know I'm a pain. She had patience and did not rush me. She was honest about how all of them looked on me. She helped me pick out a couple of really nice glasses!

      image If youre looking for an Americas Best location where all of the employees are new and dont know what theyre doing, then visit this location. Also, if youre looking to get new glasses, expect them to arrive in a month or so. They also dont bother to give you a courtesy call when they arrive. Very unprofessional
