Buying real estate in this competitive market is a challenge, but doing it with Marzena is truly an enjoyable experience. We saw quite a few homes and our toddler tagged along to every single one of them and he always looked forward to seeing her. When our doorbell rings he actually asks if it is Marzena because she was such an integral part of our experience. We put offers in on 4 different homes and the one that was finally the ONE we honestly got for a steal in this market and it was the nicest and biggest home we saw in our price range. Marzena expertly guided us through putting together a well thought out offer that allowed us to score an absolute gem at under asking. The house we purchased and have now been in for one week was everything we knew we wanted and more. We cannot thank Marzena enough for not only her real estate skills, but honestly for her fun and enjoyable disposition that she brought to each showing along the way. It honestly was a joy to work with her.

Marzena is an excellent resource for the Chicagoland real estate market. I've used her real estate intelligence a number of times and found that Marzena is incredibly market savvy. She is impressive in her local market knowledge and presents multiple strategy options depending on the situation. Works incredibly hard in general, but very focused on positive outcomes for clients. I strongly recommend Marzena if you're looking for a realtor in the Chicagoland area. Specifically, she has a strong presence in the Fox Valley Western suburbs.

Marzena is incredible to work with! Always pleasant! Always positive! Always taking initiative! When selling a house, we ALL want to feel confident that our agent is on top of things. At first, with Marzena, I noticed how charismatic and professional she was. That perspective quickly evolved in appreciating how she truly listened to what I was trying to accomplish, and then formulating a plan (with milestones) for selling my home. Whenever I had questions about status or the process, she had an answer that I could understand and absorb. Her experience and communication skills gave me continued confidence from start to finish. Marzena is absolutely amazing! She is attentive, supportive, dedicated, very hard working, and best of all, she gets the job done! My family and I were relocating from FL during the height if the market, finding a home to suit our needs felt impossible. We weren't able to be in person to see homes we were interested in, but Marzena made sure to do a walk through and video call whenever we needed to. The market was super competitive and it was hard to nail a place down, but Marzena never gave up and she kept encouraging us and letting us know we would find a place. She was right! Even when we were unsure and ready to give up she kept going and made sure we had a house that would be a perfect fit for our family by the time we made our move. We could not have made such a big move without Marzena.
