I called Froy at Aire Serv to have my AC and furnace inspected. He was very professional and took the time to explain how the systems work. He provided a comprehensive diagnostic report showing the performance of both systems. He even removed an old disconnected humidifier control unit for free! While both systems were in good shape, he noticed that my outside condensing unit had sunk into the ground by 3-4 inches. He went out of his way to accommodate my busy schedule and returned later to dig out, raise, and level the unit. All at a reasonable price. I plan to have Froy's team return in the spring to clean my condensing unit so it will be ready for the summer. I would definitely recommend Aire Serve for any of your HVAC needs!

Froy was so professional and helped me understand both the performance of my air conditioner before he worked on it and the performance of my air conditioner after the repair. It was very comforting to be able to clearly see the difference and not feel as though I was taken advantage of and had unnecessary repairs done. I once used a well known company who charged me for 16lbs of freon when my unit only holds 12! Thanks Froy for being trustworthy!
