Anxious associates! Especially very unprofessional attitude from Sabine been received today! The choice to solve our return/exchange concern on the item I bought there been toxic and irritative - seems associates get negative points from management if customer returns item through them Definitely buy online and never go to that location if you need to go to the store!

We recently purchased a dining room table and had an excellent experience with the Assistant Store Manager, Erin B. She was amazing with her customer service skills, helping us match our own chair, and then to our surprise she even carried out our own chair for us. We had a small bump in the road with our delivery and she took care of that too. Erin handled all of this with genuine care and an enthusiastic attitude! It's not just the sale, but the service with the sale that made our experience amazing!
