I am very disappointed with this company. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive the item and have been told that I will not receive it. There is no customer service that is remotely helpful. Avoid buying items from this company!

Ordered this personalized Frozen book for my niece, and her heart LITERALLY melted. She loves this book so much she keeps it next to her night stand to read every single night. I ORDERED A PERSONALIZED BOOK ON 12/12/16 WITH A GUARANTEE BY CHRISTMAS,,,,,,,,,); I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE YESTERDAY TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER, BECAUSE NO EMAILS FROM THEM AT ALL, THE CSR TOLD ME THAT THE ORDER WAS PROCESSED THAT'S ALL SHE WAS ABLE TO TELL ME, I REPLIED "SERIOUSLY"?? TODAY, CHRISTMAS EVE I CALLED "THEY ARE CLOSED" ); this was my first time ordering from them, and for sure the last one!!! I always order from 'PERSONALIZED MALL" "THE BEST" They have their own printing shop onsite.
I hope I don't have any problems returning the book, because I don't want it any more. this was a very important Christmas present for my Grandaughter ):
VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!
