      image Zero would be to many stars. 3 times I have been here each time they have screwed things up . So I've had to go somewhere else or call corporate.
      After last time I get text asking if I'm was happy with visit. I responded no no and no. I than got a text claiming to be new manager, asking what problem was and how they could help. I responded with a detailed text.it has been a month , no response. They do not listen. They lie, I know this cause I fixed problem with a call to corporate

      image Website said store opens at 9am. Just there at 9:15am and doors are locked and no one around. Will NEVER use this business again. Totally wasted trip. I will never use them again.

      image My hotspot plan had run out of data and I needed the limit to be increased. Verizon's website was having some issues so I came in to the store to see if I could get some help in person. The guy working here was top notch! He was quite knowledgeable about Verizon's practices and resolved the issue quickly and cordially.
