Becky Young and Terri Moore are NOT nice people. I would not recommend doing business with the company as they also don't pay like they agree.

This is a great company to drive for they gave me the opportunity to work for them and I'm giving them my best to prove to them I will always be a good professional driver and will do my best to represent a good image for myself and them and 'us' as a whole company
I really enjoy my routes and miles and cpm I receive from this company.I love my life as a truck driver and they make my job fun and very enjoyable! No stress! and friendly environment. And always home on weekend for 34hr reset As promised!
If I'm not mistaken I do believe the owner Doug was a truck driver for 10yrs which comes with plenty of knowledge and the know how to run this company successfully. So yes, the owners husband and wife know how to treat all the driver's and all their employees at DCM TRANSPORT with Respect,Understanding , and acceptance.
"I Personally" like when they give me constructive criticism (when needed or ask for) so that i may/ or could do something different to help benefit myself and make my job easier. It's very much appreciated and welcomed .
We all play a important role at DCM and we all have the same goal and that is TOO SUCCEED! One day at a time. we all do are part as a team
