I live in the Chicago area and wanted flowers delivered in the Territory. I always try and connect with a lical businees so, I called the Chamber of Commerce gave me the Blooming Basket. I could not have been happier. Laurie was very patient and helpful. A beautiful flower arrangement was delivered on the day I requested. Probably won't need them again but I would definitely recommend them. Thanks

I never really review things because I don't want to cause a bad rep on the company, however, this has just been ridiculous. I had called this company about a total of 6 times within the past two weeks. I also called Piggly Wiggly on occasion to see if I could get transferred. EVERY single time I called, they were either closed, or someone was not available. I left my name and number two different times and never got a call back or anything. I have never worked with this place before and I was hoping to work with them to get some flowers ordered for a engagement proposal I am doing in the next couple of weeks. I really was excited to hear from them, but they don't return phone calls, Piggly wiggly employees and the people in the flower shop do not communicate apparently with each other, they are not open during the times listed, and even if you leave a message they don't respond. Really disappointed that my business was actually IGNORED. Thankfully I have ordered flowers elsewhere and for a discounted price for being ignored by this company. I really hope that they see this comment and change the way they handle reaching back out to their potential clients. This has been a very sad first impression and will more than likely avoid trying to do business with the company in the future.
