        I took my Ford Focus to Freeport Ford to get an estimate on a repair. While it was there something happened and it suddenly would not start. All of the mechanics were working to assess what the problem was, and spent quite a bit of time on a problem that nobody anticipated. Not only did they determine what the problem was, but in doing so noticed some wires that were rubbing together and wearing on each other. They fixed those for me at no additional cost and also did not charge me for the labor incurred while trying to determine why the car wouldn't start. It was a really great experience working with them. They were extremely honest in all respects and I will definitely take my car back to them as needed. Definitely five stars!

        Interested in a truck and tried to make a deal. Unfortunately it did not happen. We thought because we'd purchased 2 vehicles prior we would be given a great deal, only to find out new owner of business so our previous purchases meant nothing. My husband loved the truck and freeport is a convenient drive for us ,but it just wasn't meant to be. I gave said amount and manager came back with a hard no so we left. We are now searching for a new dealership to do business with. plus had our own financing. All we needed freeway to do is come down and we would have had check same day, done deal.
