Freeport Dental

This is not my regular dentist as they do not do extractions. Overall, okay, but surprised you need to make payment prior to anything being done. I have insurance but just seems a bit unusual.

While Im coming up the stairs there asking for your copay before even saying hello. There billing is impossible to understand. The last visit I paid over $400 part of which was from 2 years ago that they came up with. Then a few months later I got another bill for over $400. Called several times for an explanation. Always told someone will call back and it never happens. Im pretty done with them !!!

Look, if you're like most, we have all been to a dentist, right ... Me to however this office I enjoy the proficiency from the staff. Cool, but the real is simple they make going to the dentist easy from the home, like feel of the building to the warm smiles of the staff right when you're addressed all makes for a very easy experience ! More importantly, rest assured that you will have your dental issues resolved!

Very friendly staff. Had a very bad tooth ache and it needed extracted. Went in and it was taken care of immediately. Thank you to the staff for helping me.

Excessively expensive won't be back. You're higher by like 50% over almost any dentist within a hour drive. I came to you for a emergency and you did a ok job. Thats why 2 stars. But I can't afford emergency prices for everything. You quoted me 3.5k for a root canal and crown. I've been quoted less for a full extraction and implant per tooth. Charged over 1600 just for the emergency root canal. I will say everyone there was really nice. It was the most politely I've ever been robbed. Update: after paying in full at the appointment they sent me a bill for another $35. I called to find out what it was for and was told billing would call back. Then never did and sent anothe bill. I have a receipt that says paid. Gonna report to bbb. Update 2: they never replied to the BBB, got a negative report. More requests sent in mail. Billing is never there when I call and don't call back. Dropped it down to 1 star.
