She understands challenges that contractors face and supports your company to deliver what is needed. Agnes goes above and beyond for us and is a big reason why we continue with Climate Solutions.

Despite attempts to negotiate, the quoted price was exorbitant, and reasonable discounts were not offered. The installation was a nightmare, marked by late arrivals and evident lack of professionalism. Workers seemed unprepared, leading to a longer installation time. The workmanship was subpar, with visible gaps and uneven seals, indicating corners were cut and attention to detail was lacking. Contacting Climate Solutions Windows to address concerns proved frustrating. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, requiring an unreasonable amount of time to reach someone on the phone. The company's neglect of customer concerns post-sale left me with regret and frustration. I cannot recommend Climate Solutions Windows for those seeking quality windows and reliable service, urging consideration of other reputable companies prioritizing customer satisfaction.
