Not manufactured in U.S. and taking almost a year to return my $2k deposit refund. I tried working with The Custom Boxes because they show on their website and in their email marketing that they are manufacturing in the US, but after receiving samples I was informed that they are getting the packaging manufactured overseas. I chose to stop production and request a portion of my deposit refunded, but I keep getting a runaround for almost a full year. Whenever I call they say my sales rep, Ben Johnson "is in a meeting and will call back", but he never calls or responds to my emails. I also get denied an option to speak with someone else to resolve the matter. Horrible service and communication.

Custom Boxes was able to get us an awesome product in just 4 business days. Jon Mackenzie was extremely helpful in pushing our project forward. We will be using them again. TY
