After a nightmare situation renting directly from the owner, we made it a mandatory feature or our next place to work with a property management group. JJ's Property Managers was amazing to work with. The property was brand new and perfect so we never had any major issues but they always answered all my weird questions and made me feel so comfortable bringing issues to their attention. If we didn't buy a house, we would've definitely continued renting with JJ's Property Managers.

My experience with JJ's Property Managers as a tenant was so simple and straightforward which I really appreciate because moving is stressful enough. The listing agent for my unit has always been quick to respond and follow up on any and all of my questions. Honestly if I had known of a company like this I would’ve probably rented my house out through them instead of selling. Either way, I’m definitely satisfied with the customer care I’ve received.
