The Elite Flower

Did not deliver the flowers on the occasion they were for, nor any time for that matter. When I contacted Costco they could provide no answers and said Elite was going to call (twice). They never called and I have contacted Costco four times regarding this, with no answer. BEWARE Costco uses this terrible company. If I could give negative stars I certainly would. Added information regarding this review/order: About 10 days after the original delivery date, the company delivered the flowers. I received a call from my friend, thanking me for the thought but she also informed me the flowers were full of mold and she immediately disposed of them. Why would you deliver something you know is in a state of decomposition and a health hazard? Unbelievable!!

Ordered flowers from Costco, this company is vendorflowers came awful!!! Never in my life I received this kind of flowers. Dead flowers with MOLD!!!! Petals fell of the second I touched the flowers! This company should be ashamed for the service they provide to people! Costco did refund me, but its not about the money. Shame on you whoever runs this company!

Never in life ordered flowers that were delivered completely dead except for some of the greenery . Can't wait to call Costco tomorrow. What a let down to a friend that needed some encouragement.
