Best car rental experience Ive ever had! No crazy final charges, my pick up and drop off were a breeze and I was dropped off at my terminal with plenty of time to spare. I wish this rental company was everywhere.

I booked through Priceline declined insurance as I have full coverage, rental coverage, roadside assistance. e.t.c. with 250.00 Deductible. I arrived at BQN airport in Puerto Rico at !2:30a.m. with my family. After being picked up and brought to get our vehicle the guy with no name tag or uniform printed out a next car contract with insurance charges and roadside side assistance charges. I provided him with my insurance card. He told me that my insurance was not good enough and that my vehicle needed to be a 2021 or newer. I advised him my insurance meets all the required criteria according to their contract and showed him the insurance requirement on the back of his contract. He advised that doesn't matter it needs to be 2021 or newer. he then tells me that if I do not get the insurance then he will cancel the contract. Its now 1;00 a.m. in the morning I'm with my wife and kids and there is no other way to get to our destination. I check no insurance and have him write on the back of the contract that why he is denying my insurance and making me purchase their insurance. He writes it out and puts the year 2020. I have attempted to go through corporate who told me I have to go through the place I picked up the car at. I have contacted the location was told that this is not the first time the guy has done that and that I would receive a call back from the supervisor (no response). Called multiple times (no response). Went thorugh priceline who advised they would look into it but they could not do anything for something that happened at the counter.
