I hosted my baby shower at Francescas, and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone raved about the cheesecake! The staff was so kind, and working with the event coordinator prior to the event made everything so smooth. Any questions I had, they had no problem answering all of them, and made accommodations for guests with allergies. I would absolutely have another event here!

Some girlfriends wanted to go here for dinner on a Friday after work for dinner. I had a lemon drop and was fairly disappointed. It tasted like a premade mix, no sugar rim offered or given. Bruschetta was fairly bland. For this being an Italian restaurant, the menu barely had any pasta dishes on it. I had what was similar to a chicken piccata, but it was pretty bland. I was expecting zesty, bold Italian flavors and everything was pretty blah. The roasted potatoes were wedges served in a bowl of oil with barely flavor. It wasnt a really bad experience necessarily, our waitress was great, but it wasnt anything Id go back for, especially for the price. Atmosphere was fine. Again nothing great but not terrible. A family with young kids that were pretty loud was seated nearby, which didnt quite fit the atmosphere I expected, at least for a Friday night.
