It was such a pleasure working with Jason Putman and team. The purchase of my home was smooth from beginning to end. I had been on the home buying roller coaster for quite some time and I found Jason to be very empathetic to my experience. He was very personable, responsive, patient, and answered all of my questions. More importantly, Putman Builders deliver quality homes. The entire team is awesome and they stand by their work. The quality and craftsmanship of their homes is impeccable and how they care for their clients is just the icing on the cake. Currently in the process with Putman Builders right now designing/building our home. From the very beginning Jason has been great to work with! From his extensive knowledge & professionalism regarding every detail about the build process, to being available and easily accessible whenever we have a question, & being completely upfront and honest about prices. With multiple build options and designs/floor plans they have, Jason was a tremendous help in customizing it to exactly what we want so we could make it our own. Jason and the entire Putman Builders team made our home buying experience very enjoyable. When we first visited the ranch model at Putman Builders, we knew the beautiful architecture and style was exactly what we were looking for. We had a very positive experience building our home with Putman Builders.The Putman team made the building process smooth, concise, and easy to understand. They walked us through the entire construction process, and made sure to communicate all of the updates to us during our build. Jason is a wonderful person to work with! He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He listened to all our needs and wants for our home and also made excellent recommendations. The entire team was awesome! The Putman Builders designer had a real flair for color and style, and she was helpful in translating our wants and visions into our home selections! With the knowledge and help from the designer, we were able to bring our visions to life. Designing a home can be very overwhelming, but with Putman Builders we knew we were in good hands! Putman Builders made the building process a breeze. The project manager on the team is very experienced. She was able to answer all our questions about the construction process. She met with us frequently at the site, to confirm our decisions and needs at each stage of the building process.
