I am seriously so happy with this service. The owner was very flexible with my schedule and accommodating. The person that came to clean my home was incredibly sweet and so great. She was wonderful and my pets loved her. I cannot recommend enough. Im so appreciative of the help this company provided. Highly recommend!!!

This woman owned, small business takes such good care of my home and removes the stress of this chore off my to do list. I have used Welcome Home for my home, move out cleanings for rental properties and even have gifted cleanings as birthday gifts for my friends.Scheduling is easy, the estimates are reasonable, they arrive on time, and the cleaning is detailed and meticulous. Awful service.  I requested a deep cleaning and was given a list of everything that would be included in the cleaning.  They sent one male employee to deep clean my 1800 sq foot town home.  I had to leave around the time he was almost done to take my son to the doctor and I left a check on the counter for him. When I returned, I looked around and not one surface was cleaned upstairs.  The bathtub wasn't touched, there was dust all over surfaces, the stairs weren't vacuumed, furniture wasn't moved in the living room area and there was dust and pet hair under the couches and beds weren't made at all.  No photo frames were moved on the mantel on the fire place.  I received less than your basic cleaning.  I took photos and sent an email to the company with my disappointment.  They said they felt terrible and really wanted to make it up to me, so they rescheduled for the following week.  I picked up and cleaned and got ready for them to come for their reschedule.  I waited all afternoon and they were supposed to come between 11 and noon. At 12:20 I called them and asked if they were still coming and they said they had left a message for me at 8am that morning saying they couldn't come.   They said they couldn't reschedule until the following week.  At this point it would be 3 weeks since I wanted the deep cleaning done.  I was so frustrated so I requested a refund and asked to speak with the owner.  I was told the owner would email me.  She did and said I was the one who declined the re-do and they would not issue a refund.  At the very least, the company should have offered a timely re-do of the service (I never actually got).   They request their clients provide a 24 hour cancellation notice or else they will charge them $50... I was not given that same courtesy.  I spent tons of time preparing for them to come as well as buying new cleaning supplies for them.  I am now out $170 plus cleaning supplies plus all the time spent preparing and waiting for them.  I would not recommend this company to anyone and have since heard other complaints about their services as well.  I only gave them one star because zero stars wasn't an option.

Exceptional cleaning! Attention to detail, kind, personal and trustworthy. All around, a great experience with this company. I will be enlisting their help in the future!
