Walgreens

I need to start by saying the Walgreens employees in the store are awesome and super friendly. The pharmacy unfortunately is another story. This used to be my pharmacy as they are two minutes from my house. After SO MANY absolutely terrible experiences with the absolute worst customer service I now drive 20 minutes each way to go to the Meijer in McHenry. One example, of many, my one year old daughter was extremely sick and her prescription was called in there. No one ever called to say the medicine was out of stock. After 5 hours I called and asked if it was ready and they told me it was out of stock and I would have to call other Walgreens to see if they had it and offered zero help. I called multiple other pharmacies and once I called Meijer, the lady immediately told me to have the script transferred to them, she called the doctor (on her own without me asking), asked them to rewrite the script for something they had in stock and the prescription was ready in 10 minutes. The people in the pharmacy at Walgreens are just terrible.

Very nice patient and helpful cashier just when I thought customer service was dead she humored me checked all my sale prices and didnt roll her eyes or get cranky. I wrote her name down on the receipt just a sec

VERY BAD SERVICE...My meds are never ready at the time they say they are. I drive over there and they tell me it will be ready in 15 min. so have to sit in the parking lot an wait.This has been going on for many years. I will not be going here any more. VERY BAD SERVICE
