In my past experiences, the staff have been very helpful and kind. However, the last time I visited, my relative (who used to be a manager at this exact store, so hes very knowledgeable about how the store works) bought some things and was upset that the girl who helped him wasnt given the sales, and the manager gave the item sales to someone else. My relative went in about half an hour later and returned them, asking for it to be rung up a different way. The manager mocked him and did it the same way she did the first time. He ended up not buying anything at all, and as he left, they made fun of him and laughed as he was leaving. He ended up buying his items online instead. Even if my relative was in the wrong somehow, I feel like it definitely wasnt appropriate to laugh at him and openly mock him. He was a customer in this situation, after all. Im just afraid that they treat other customers the same way.
