        Unfortunately, I have been a customer of Rainbow Restoration of St. Louis three times. However, each time they have absolutely come through for me - whether it was on short notice, at night, on a holiday weekend, or even the unlikely scenario of scheduled in advance! Kris and her crew are phenomenal. Thanks for everything!

        Had a large basement flood after adulting (power washing my house) that ran through my basement walls for over 5 hours. They came out the day after I put in a request through my insurance, they were beyond knowledgeable in what needed to be done, how long it would take, and what the process looked like. They were personable and communicated regularly and keep me involved in each step. And, they handled all billing matters directly with my insurance company....because, you know, having a soggy basement, two young kids, and an insurance claim wasn't enough on its own. I wasn't happy about the situation in the slightest, but Rainbow did a phenomenal job with taking the stress off the basement mitigation of my plate and fixing the more emergent issue. I am so thankful for them. Services: Mold inspection, Flood cleanup, Water removal, Mold mitigation, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Mold remediation, Mold cleaning, Water damage-related pest control, Water damage-related mold removal, Mold damage restoration
