        LL Flooring is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Their store staff is not knowledgeable about what is required to be purchased for installations. The store staff sold me over $400 of an underlayment that was not required or necessary or even used by the installer crew for my basement flooring over concrete. Two different installer Crews plus an installer supervisor told me that they never repeat never use the padded underlayment for installation of vinyl plank flooring on a concrete basement floor. Their store staff is also not knowledgeable about installation process at all. When I try to return the underlayment they refuse to take it back and give me a refund even though my total job was over $8,000. When I contacted customer support at LL flooring corporate they delayed and delayed my return case for over a month and never resolved the case and then eventually told me I would just have to deal with the store staff who had already told me that they would not accept a return of my underlayment product. I will never patronize this business ever again no matter what. I suggest that people go to another flooring business to purchase their flooring of any kind. LL flooring is the absolute worst business of any field that I have dealt with in my entire life.
