usually, i have really good experiences at this store, but i'm not sure if i should be upset about my last visit or not. i've been looking for a leather jacket for years and i came across the perfect one in the clearance. it was the only one and it was in my size. it looked good on me and i was extremely excited for it. when i went to buy it, i was told that it was put on hold and accidently got back out onto the sales floor, so i could not purchase it. i asked if i could leave my name and number in case the person ended up not buying it and they let me. i work in retail so i understand that mistakes happen, but the more i think about it, it seems like that was not the truth. how did it get back on the sales floor? what happened to the hold tag? wouldn't they be together and put somewhere with the rest of the things being held? i hope it's just a misunderstanding on my part, but it kinda makes me question the integrity of their workers. if it wasn't the truth, i feel like i've been taken advantage of because i didn't complain.
