Evergreen Door & Window

Awful customer service. We were just trying to replace our front door and maybe the job was too small for them so they didnt care. We were planning on going with them but the sales person never followed up with a quote - until I reached out a week or so later- after telling us we would get it within a day. Also the quote he sent had multiple discrepancies from what he said when he was in our home with no explanation, they just blatantly lied. Total waste of time and energy. Id stay away to save yourself a headache, but maybe if youre a bigger job they will pay more attention to you.

Love my new bay window and was thrilled with the guys who installed the new window, it looks beautiful. There was a little problem with the ledge, which has already been addressed and almost taken care of. This company is definitely out there to please their customers.

Excellent customer service from start (Tony S., salesman, Mike, who came out to measure, and the two installers, Sylvester and Juan) to finish. This was such an awesome group of folks! Would highly recommend. Honest, reliable, friendly and very customer services oriented. I would use them again.

Victor at Evergreen Door & Window showed me a good selection of Patio Doors to choose from in their showroom, and field measuring and placing the order was done within days. The door was available for installation sooner than expected, I got a call and scheduled the installation within one week. The crew that came out for the installation communicated well, protected my floors and area around the installation and did a great job with the installation. I'm very happy with the product and service I received.
