ASD has been the best MMA gym Iâ€™ve been to. I only trained there for a few months but the instructors are incredible, eager to teach new students and will work with you if you donâ€™t understand something right away. There are no egos at this gym. Everyone is very humble and very professional. ASD offers a wide variety of classes at a very reasonable price. If youâ€™re in the Chicagoland area I definitely recommend ASD. Get in shape, learn to fight, get involved.
