Lotus Nails & Spa

Was just here, staff is rude. Their prices are way overrated. Website says a pedicure with no chip is $35, but I got charged $50. Work isnt even that good. Very unsatisfied. Lotus if you see this I want my extra $15 back. Edit: (response to owner) how about YOU apologize for your rude and lousy staff?

Havent gotten toe fungus!!!! 5 stars here! Great service, atmosphere is awesome! Offer water bottle. Attentive! Does awesome job for pedicure and nails! Cleanliness: Very clean!

So I went here trying to give it a try I got a fill in and a no chip polish. I very next day the no chip polish started bubbling up and peeling off after getting out the shower. I get a no chip all the time at salon and I also have a full nail salon and no chip polishes at my house so this has never happened before. I called told them what happened they did say I could come back I. And they would fix it. Well I did 2 days later and now the acrylic from the fill in was breaking. She re did it. And a few days later it all came off again and the Acrylic nails broke. Im done! And though they were nice the Quality of the material that they use and technique that they use is not. Not once did she put a base coat on my nails just the no chip and top coat so of course it came off twice! Waste of time waste of money.

Black women stop spending your money here! They have no respect for us! The nail tech (older man) was upset because I only wanted to remove the fake acrylic nails and not get a fill in. I don't wear acrylic nails ever because of my job and I only got them done for my birthday (at this same location and I tipped pretty well). He proceeded to basically rip the nails off and when I asked to have them soaked off, he refused and said it takes too long. When I asked for a manicure, he refused. I guess he doesnt make enough money off of someone just wanting their natural nails done. They assume all black women want fake nails so they can overcharge. They do not care about your nails, only money. The guy at the front desk is rude as well. Please listen to all the reviews on yelp saying they have zero customer service! I will never support again and advise all black women to spend your money where you are respected and appreciated! We have to stop accepting the bare minimum!
