Would not recommend this chipotle. I am a very frequent customer but it has been declining for some time now. I went in today And they now have started charging extra for all toppings even though they barely put toppings on. I have been to other chipotles and never had this issue. I will not be returning back to this location

Whenever I come to this location, some of the women workers always give me an attitude. One in particular on the evening shift was being disrespectful to me because I asked for clarification on something she said. And she kept giving me dirty looks and was being rude for no reason. And today, when I went, one of the ladies barely put chicken in my bowl, and when I asked for a bit more, she had an attitude. I wasnt being rude, so dont take your frustrations out on other people. Level up your life if you dislike your job that much. I also witnessed unsanitary practices. They are touching several objects without washing their hands. The windows and counters did not look clean. And there was a food splatter on the outside window. I wont be returning to this location, and Im a news reporter, so Im taking notes and considering calling corporate and filing a complaint with the Cook County Health Department.

This location has HORRIBLE customer service. I waited over 20 mins for my online order. No one acknowledged me, even though SEVERAL employees looked me dead in my face and saw that I was waiting for my mobile order. That's including the store manager who was berating his employees and talking over them near the area I was standing. Highly unprofessional. It took the SECURITY GUARD to go and check on my order for me. Then the line cook left the front to go in the back, touching the dirty door with his gloves still on and prepared our food. My food was cold and filled with a bunch of fat gristle meat. Making it completely inedible. And to make matters worst, my order had guacamole in it (I have pictures to share) and I'm allergic to avocado. Again, making it completely inedible. I will NEVER visit your establishment again and will be reporting this place to the health department to tell them about all of the violations I witnessed.
