Alzein Pediatrics

Dr. Alzein and his staff are the best. We have been a part of the practice for 10 years, since our oldest was a newborn. We dont live super close to the offices, but we continue to commute just to see Dr. Alzein. He is so patient, kind and thorough. On our most recent visit, we brought all three of our kids for their annual checkups. We were seen in a timely manner and all of our concerns were addressed. Thank you, Dr. Alzein and staff!

Last visit about my daughter's condition we asked for a referral but it was not generated. Asked again and was assured it would be addressed. Wasn't generated again. It seems there is only one person who comes in here and there to do referrals, and they are apparently not marking in my daughter's record what her needs are. I wouldn't post a review like this without trying to correct and giving direct feedback-we are extremely disappointed.

Appointment gets messed up so often, either wrong location, last minute cancellation (on their part), and when they reschedule you its weeks out. The pediatrician my kids liked left, and I can see why.

Took my son there over the weekend when his doctors office was unfortunately closed. They didn't swab him at all even though he had a bad cough. I ended up taking him to his doctor Monday he is strep and rsv positive. So disappointed that he could have been on antibiotics for 3 days already at that point if the exam was done more throughly. Unfortunately wont be back.
