Devin,My apologies if you feel that my service was not to your standard. I have been the agent in your family for years prior to insuring your vehicle. You contacted my office to inquire regarding the increase in your rate. I attempted to explain to you that Allstate took an overall inflationary rate increase that affected all customers along with losing the bundling discount. However, your response was that it was not a good enough explanation or reason to increase your premium or that you still didn't understand why a rate increase would effect your premium. I continued to try to explain it to you when you abruptly asked for the office address so that maybe if "I see your face, I would take you seriously". I proceeded to ask if you were threating me since all of the office information is publicly listed online. We are also always open to giving out the address but you asked in a very threating manner and was very disrespectful in your tone. I tried to release the call asking if it was ok to call you back because you were irate & I did experience a health emergency that same day. The rental that was added to your policy granted the bundling discount that once I was made aware of the error caused by my employee, the situation was explained to you & your mom and resolved. However, you were not understanding that you cannot keep a bundling discount when you no longer have bundled policies. So once again, my apologies to you for your experience. As a 20+ year agent, it is always our goal to to satisfy the customers even though sometimes we understand that it will not always be the case. Sorry you had a bad experience at another agency. Our hours are from Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday from 9am-5pm. Hours might differ during holidays.
