I'm not happy at all, they are very slow and cheap .. They stole my truck, waited for 6 months and finally paid me $ 16,500 and was insured for 40 thousand 2012.......If you have the opportunity, don't deal with them at all .... Complete rebels I do not recommend complete wretches

If I could give them less stars I would. It’s been over a month since my car was involved in an accident and still have not been able to get the car in the shop. We had no fault in the accident at all, so I wonder how their customer service is with those who did have faults in their accidents. Their customer service (supervisor) to be exact, is lacking in providing any help at all. I have never been involved in any accident, but I really hope I’m never in one again. They don’t seem to be on your side or to be there to provide any type of help to at least give you some ease, during such a stressful time.
